Bichos Cumbiamberos I

This diptych pairs two one-of-a-kind monotypes created while in residence at La Ceiba Gráfica and printed on Strathmore printmaking paper. The vibrant gradient and high contrast evoke the wheat-pasted posters advertising music shows. Bichos, 'bugs,' populate the frame like a pulsating cumbia dance.
